Cacapon B&B

Our Story

Located in a small valley on a gentle slop in the middle of a 6 acre field. It is not unusual to find in the morning deer grazing not far from the house. Looking west, across the valley, you will see Cacapon Mountain. You will find yourself enchanted as soon as you pull into our driveway because of the beautiful views, wildlife, gardens, charm and privacy that our B&B has to offer.

We are only 3 miles from the beautiful Cacapon State Park and 7 miles to downtown Berkeley Springs, 29 miles to Winchester, VA and, 39 miles to Hagerstown, MD outlets.

  • From the overlook at Cacapon State Park you can see four states
  • Street vendors at the Berkeley Springs Apple Butter Festival
  • The lake at the Cacapon State Park
  • Making apple butter at the Berkeley Springs Apple Butter Festival

The Country's First Spa

The area contains mineral water springs that were frequented by Native Americans. After settlement by Europeans, the mineral springs drew many visitors. Notable colonial visitors to the area included George Washington
